RESTOCK INFORMATION

  • Restock dates & times can be found on my instagram bio (@emwrightart) and or website (www.emwrightart.com).

  • Before the restock day, items are posted for a Shop Preview. Once the shop opens, items will become available to purchase and will be marked as “SOLD OUT” once out of stock.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Due to the fragile and heavy nature of ceramics, shipping is at a separate cost calculated at checkout. I am only shipping to the US and Canada at this time. If you are international and would like to purchase, please contact me directly to discuss a potential shipping arrangement. Shipping will be an extra cost to be determined.

  • Please allow up to two (2) weeks for shipment notification after your order is placed. It typically takes less time, however I’m a one-person operation and this can occur. If there are any extended delays or complications, I will contact you directly and/or post delay notifications on Instagram.

  • I ship through USPS (United States Postal Service) for domestic orders. Other carriers will be used when necessary.

FAQ

What is your processing & shipping time? 

Processing time for your order is 7-14 days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive once sent; international can take 2-6 weeks varied by location. Shipping varies during holidays. Watch your email for tracking numbers and any additional communications about your order.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade nature of my work, I do not accept returns once a piece is purchased.

If there is an accident with your order by means of shipping, please contact me on the day you receive your piece with a photo attached and I will be happy to discuss refund or exchange options with you.

If the return request is due to size or physical dissatisfaction, there will be no refund granted. Please look at all photos and details in description or contact me with any questions prior to purchasing your piece.
